The mission of owners, Tom Rice and Debbie Goodwin-Rice, is to offer a unique selection of quality products, as well as an enjoyable shopping experience.
They want their customers to be comfortable and have a fun time while browsing their shop.  Tom and Debbie love to share their enthusiasm and interest with their shoppers.


Established in 1971 in Lahaska, Bucks County PA, they relocated to New Hope from Peddlers Village in 1996. The Jonathan Rice Collection is conveniently located on Main Street in the "heart" of New Hope. 

Tom's first store was mostly Scandinavian products, a look and feel that has been brought to his New Hope store.  Debbie has expanded the eclectic look with the American touch.  They both enjoy refreshing, contemporary designs and handmade items.

 New Hope is located on the Delaware River between New York City and Philadelphia. This historic river town is a short scenic walk across from Lambertville, New Jersey via the New Hope-Lambertville Bridge.  We are easily accessible via car or NYC bus.  Click Here for Directions and parking tips.
